"IPS Shweta and the Delhi Police cannot uproot anything. There are also spies in the police. "All information about you (sic) has been received," read the latest email received on Sunday at 1.37 am. Shiksha Dev | The DEN NDMC approved on Sunday an extension of the scheme that allows residential societies under its aegis to receive free water up to 20 kilolitres per month. The Delhi government launched its flagship program in 2013, which provides 20,000 liters of water free of charge. The full amount is charged to a consumer only if their monthly water consumption exceeds 20KL. As the mercury was expected to plummet to 10 degrees Celsius, Delhi's Air Quality Index remained in a severe category on Monday morning. Central Pollution Control Board data shows the hourly air quality index was 407 at 7 a.m. On Sunday, the 24-hour air quality index was 405 in the severe category. An AQI between zero and 50 is considered "good", 51 to 100 "satisfactory", 101 to 200 "moderate", 201 to 300 "poor", 301 to 400 "very poor", and 401 to 500 "severe".
