The interior of the new Citroen C5 Aircross facelift features a wireless charger, drive mode buttons, a wireless 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and redesigned switchgear in place of the gear stalk. Citroen's Advance Comfort seats and suspension are also available. Dual-tone black and grey decor welcomes you inside the Citroen C5 Aircross facelift. The absence of a gear lever, which has been replaced with a button setup that can also be toggled via the silver switch, is probably the first thing a person would notice.
Although not as snug as a performance-oriented car might, the front seats are spacious and comfortable, and the side bolstering is obvious. However, Citroen isn't really going for that anyway. Comfort is a top priority here, and there is enough of it. Moving on to the second row, you will find three seats with individual carvings in a 40:20:40 ratio, which is unusual for most cars on the market today. Depending on the need, whether it be for moving houses or lugging a surfboard, all three of them can be folded or reclined. The under-thigh support is just about adequate, and there is plenty of legroom.
A 2.0-liter, four-cylinder diesel engine with a maximum power output of 174 bhp at 3,750 rpm and 400 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm powers the Citroen C5 Aircross. An eight-speed torque converter automatic transmission that may also be managed with the paddle shifters transmits power to the front wheels. The engine is enjoyable to drive and feels refined when not being pushed.
With the Citroen C5 Aircross, dabbing the accelerator isn't really essential because there is a tonne of low-end torque and little turbo-lag. As the pace picks up, the gear transitions are seamless and rapid. But you have those paddle shifters available whenever you want to take the wheel. You can feel the engine gushing out all the available power as you bury the throttle, giving you a quick start.
